Refund Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise at Lucha's Comfort Footwear store, or email us at luchas@sbcglobal.net to receive return authorization. Please send the email with the original sale receipt, within 14 days of purchase.

Shoes must be in their original condition and packaging with no signs of wear. We advise our customers to try on shoes with socks to avoid footprint on the footbed and also try on carpeted areas to prevent scuffing. If the shoes are returned with scuff marks, signs of wear, toe marks, scuffed soles, we will NOT be able to process the return / exchange.

Exchanges are available in-store only. Purchases being mailed back to the warehouse will only receive a refund for the returned merchandise.

Items offered at 30% or more discounts are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns of 3 or more items from one order are subject to a restocking fee of $10/pair.

Refund Process and Time frame

Payment can only be refunded to the original method of payment. If you cannot access the original payment method, you are responsible to contact the payment company to claim your fund.

The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.

All reject returns can be shipped back to customer, return shipping charges must be paid by customer.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and depending on the credit card company, it may take additional 5-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.

NOTE:

1. For return, please do not send the merchandise to our warehouse prior to receive return authorization from our customer service team.

2. For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method. Shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping charges must be paid by customer. Lucha’s comfort footwear is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse.
